Sr. Product Manager

• Lead the evolution of payment experiences for millions
• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for payment products
• Drive data-driven decision-making using customer behavior, market trends, and business metrics
• Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver results at scale
• Identify and launch new payment solutions
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable payment solutions
• Mentor a team of product and program managers
• Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 6+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Business level English communication skills
