Job Description:

Sr. Product Manager opportunity with a consumer products company based in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) and is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys shaping product vision, and can drive execution from concept through launch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide development, and ensure successful delivery
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation—embracing ambiguity, encouraging experimentation, and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Translate consumer behaviors and market trends into actionable product roadmaps and business cases
  • Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver products that meet cost, quality, and timeline goals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, integrating insights into product features and experiences
  • Guide market research efforts and apply methodologies like design thinking to validate concepts and strategies
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Develop launch materials and partner with marketing teams to ensure product messaging reflects consumer insights
  • Present updates and strategic direction to senior leadership and represent the product at industry events and media engagements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, category strategy, innovation, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and drive results
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and product development processes
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and working within global organizations
  • Skilled in agile methodologies and modern collaboration practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
