Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect (fluent in French) to help grow channel partners focused on the service management market. The role involves pre-sales to post-sales consulting, enablement strategies, and contributing to solutions architecture.

Job Responsibility:

Develop the enablement strategy to grow and accelerate Atlassian's Service Management partner eco-system
contribute to the ITSM channel solution strategy through building collateral such as ESM solutions, blueprints, and reference architecture
support ITSM channel partners through various stages of a Deal Cycle from pre-sales to post-sales by providing technical expertise and thought leadership
partner with the Channel team to develop compelling account strategies
contribute to the evolution of practices through resource sharing and feedback loops
partner with product management to identify areas of opportunity to advance Atlassian's product line
deliver channel partner technical enablement workshops
represent Atlassian at conferences and partner events.

Requirements:

Fluency in French Language, other language skills are a bonus
proven experience interacting with channel partners from pre-sales, consulting, or delivery capacity, and post-sales
ITSM/ESM Architect experience
familiarity with Atlassian products
strong knowledge of common ITSM frameworks (IT4IT, ITIL 4, DevOps)
understanding of how software gets defined, built, and deployed
experience with IT service management (ITSM) solutions.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of additional languages
experience with Jira Service Management.
