Job Description:

The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team, ensuring alignment with Truework’s broader business objectives. This role requires a professional with experience managing high-impact projects across diverse operational functions. The Operations Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize processes, contributing significantly to the organization’s efficiency and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute complex, high-visibility projects within the operations team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance
  • Analyze current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and scalability
  • Assist with continuous training initiatives across newly launched projects
  • Develop strong relationships across teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support project success
  • Design and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes, aligning them with company goals and growth strategies
  • Serve as a liaison between operations teams, ensuring alignment and synergy in reaching organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, business strategy, or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
