Job Description:

The Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM), will lead a dynamic team responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of IAM services. The role focuses on team leadership, managing day-to-day IAM operations, optimizing IAM tools like Okta and SailPoint, and driving innovation in access management processes. The position requires strong technical expertise in IAM, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the IAM team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development plans
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team environment, ensuring open communication and addressing team member concerns promptly
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IAM services, ensuring service availability, reliability, and security
  • Develop and implement strategies to mature our IAM services, aligning with industry best practices and organizational needs
  • Manage and optimize our IAM tools, including Okta and SailPoint, ensuring efficient and effective access management
  • Lead the planning and execution of IAM projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Stay abreast of the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Evaluate and recommend new IAM solutions and features, ensuring alignment with organizational security and business objectives
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IAM services
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on IAM initiatives and addressing concerns
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring effective management of IAM tools and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading an IAM team in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Okta and SailPoint IAM solutions
  • Excellent people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP)
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions
  • Experience with automating IAM processes
