Job Responsibility:

Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high system availability, security compliance, and optimal performance across on-premises and cloud environments
Administer and configure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services to support seamless authentication, network connectivity, and enterprise resource accessibility
Perform infrastructure provisioning, patch management, and performance tuning to enhance operational reliability and minimize service disruptions
Lead incident, change, and problem management activities, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to ITIL standards for service continuity
Develop, test, and execute backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business resilience during outages or failures
Collaborate with network and security teams to apply organizational policies, maintain compliance, and strengthen overall infrastructure protection
Utilize PowerShell and Bash scripting to automate administrative tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in daily operations
Analyze system performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements to improve reliability, resource utilization, and response efficiency
