Sr. Graphic Designer

• Render design concepts and mockups, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop packaging designs that stand out on store shelves while staying true to the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new brand assets
• Create imagery for retailer websites, including product carousels and advertisements
• Design social media posts and contribute to video content creation
• Assist in delivering optimized visuals for digital campaigns
• Work on dielines and mechanicals for packaging designs
• Partner with printers (rotary, reverse flexo, digital) to ensure production-ready designs that maintain quality and color consistency
• Maintain website visuals and update assets as necessary
• Support tradeshow signage, brochure design, and marketing materials
• Contribute to company-level creative needs (business cards, administrative projects, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the CPG industry
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with packaging design, including working with dielines and mechanicals
• Strong understanding of print production processes and working with print vendors
• Experience designing for digital and social platforms
• basic video editing skills are a plus
• Portfolio showcasing a blend of creative packaging, digital assets, and production work
