Job Description:

A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville, MD is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial and government projects.

Job Responsibility:

Review design-build drawings for coordination
Provide submittals, construction schedule
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
Be able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size from $100,000 to over $5 million

Requirements:

Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is required
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong PC skills with expert knowledge of various office and construction scheduling software
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial and government projects

Nice to have:

Professional Maryland architectural / engineering license is highly preferred
Working experience with local DC area local government agencies is highly preferred
