Sr. Analyst, RBE Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• work closely with the RBE team and payor partners to develop and refine member communication strategies and materials
• develop, manage, and optimize marketing materials and assets to support ongoing member engagement efforts
• gather feedback on marketing initiatives and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies
• oversee the field marketing platform, including vendor and budget management, inventory management, new item development, and responding to employee support requests.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, communications, or a related field
• experience in building and executing marketing plans, and overseeing the creation of marketing assets
• experience working with a field-based marketing team is a plus
• the ability to put yourself in the consumer’s shoes
• strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• proficiency in marketing platforms, experience with direct mail vendors, and marketing reporting
• strong analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify trends in data, and recommend actionable next steps.
