The Sr. Analyst, Provider Services role at CVS Health involves recruiting healthcare providers for Oak Street Health. The responsibilities include hiring at least 20 providers annually, executing recruitment strategies, assisting physician and APP recruitment needs, developing relationships with medical schools and societies, sourcing candidates, maintaining recruitment metrics, and minimal travel to events. Job Responsibility:
Hires at least 20 providers each year
Execute the recruiting function for the company, including specialties like family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, psychiatry, cardiology, podiatry, and nephrology
Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Medical Directors, and Executive Medical Directors for provider hiring
Assist in meeting physician and APP recruitment needs and fulfilling recruitment strategy
Research networking opportunities and run cost-benefit analysis for each opportunity
Develop additional physician and APP sourcing methods
Maintain relationships with schools, residency/fellowship programs, medical societies/associations
Pre-screen candidates, coordinate remote and on-site interviews, and collect feedback
Develop and maintain physician recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines
Attend conferences, on-site interviews, and Grand Rounds with minimal travel
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of work experience OR B.S./B.A. degree
M.B.A., M.P.H., or other advanced degree welcomed
High attention to detail and creativity
Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a sales or business development environment
Ability to function in a startup environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity
Highly motivated, confident professional with strong executive presence
Flexible and positive attitude
Professional communication skills and skill in developing relationships with candidates and leaders across the organization
Willing to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in-office)
US work authorization
Nice to have:
