Job Description:

The Corporate Medicaid Compliance team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to support the Medicaid Business Compliance Office (BCO) team, accountable for the oversight and implementation of Medicaid health plan contract amendments that impact the organization’s business. The Sr. Analyst will support compliance oversight of market-specific implementations that includes identifying and processing requirement changes, coordinating compliance activities, and researching contract program guidance. Additional responsibilities include tracking compliance-specific documentation, identifying and escalating issues, and supporting department goals, initiatives, and projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support compliance oversight of market-specific implementations that include identification and processing of requirement changes
  • coordinate compliance activities across various health plan and business partners
  • research contract program guidance
  • track compliance-specific documentation within the project team
  • identify and escalate issues to help mitigate risk and resolve issues
  • support additional department goals, initiatives, and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Medicaid Managed Care experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft applications experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent years of related experience

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with legislation and/or regulatory research
  • knowledge in state and federal health care laws and regulations
  • familiarity with various Governance, Risk and Compliance tools
  • ability to work collaboratively across an organization
  • ability to multi-task as well as maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
