The Sr. Analyst, Logistics will support the transportation operations function for Oak Street Health. This critical role will help enable exceptional, cost-effective access to primary care for patients who are eligible for transportation services. This data-driven position supports the centralized transportation operations team by leveraging analytics to uncover financial and fleet efficiencies, shape operational strategy, and ensure effective resource allocation. The Sr. Analyst position will also support the coordination of a fleet of 600+ vehicle assets across multiple locations, assisting in the planning of daily transportation operations, ensuring company-wide compliance with the various legal obligations of interstate, intrastate, and federal regulatory agencies, while maintaining budgetary efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Analyzes and optimizes complex logistics operations
Conducts routine data analysis and generates reports
Communicates with cross-functional teams
Monitors and examines key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develops and maintains relationships with transportation service providers and vendors
Design and continuously improve a data-driven vehicle allocation model
Identifies and implements technological solutions
Communicates with center teams and service providers
Stays updated on industry trends
Maintain and manage access to transportation technology platforms
Assist centers with best practices for scheduling patient transportation
Monitor and report on the Compliant use of transportation assets and accounts
Coordinate with our contracted vendors to apply warranty coverage
Coordinate with the vehicle dealership to ensure pre and post delivery inspections
Track and report on vehicle use, compliance adherence, and service outcomes
Coordinate with vendors and dealerships on vehicle acquisition
Support regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (2-5 years experience)
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, engineering, or related field strongly preferred
3-5 years experience in logistics
knowledge and experience in the transportation industry or a related field is strongly preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with the latest Fleet Management and telematic solutions is strongly preferred
Ability to collect, interpret and manipulate data
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong organizational skills

Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
US work authorization
