Job Description:

This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be involved in intricate accounting procedures, from managing vendor relationships to ensuring accurate and timely month-end close. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee full cycle accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting
Execute journal entries and manage general ledger activities
Perform account reconciliation to identify and rectify any discrepancies
Manage contract negotiations, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the organization
Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor-related transactions
Execute cash accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee financial operations across multiple sites and entities
Leverage software such as QuickBooks
Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
Ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process

Requirements:

minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sr. Accountant
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge of General Ledger maintenance and management
Ability to make accurate Journal Entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
Experience with Month End Close procedures
