Job Description:

This role involves working in an industry that requires a high level of precision and attention to detail. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including account reconciliation and balance sheet management.

Job Responsibility:

Reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Handling and resolving credit card information discrepancies through thorough reconciliation
Conducting Suspense account clearing reconciliation and re-posting as necessary
Overseeing Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation for various departments
Preparing and submitting entries to general ledger accounts
Playing a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes
Developing monthly financial statements and reports for management review and decision making
Assisting in the annual budget preparation and coordination
Verifying the accuracy of contracts, orders, and vouchers in line with established policies and procedures
Identifying and reporting any inconsistencies and problems to the management
Conducting necessary communication with internal and external contacts
Collecting data and conducting research on transaction details
Undertaking special projects or other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations
Expertise in handling General Ledger
Ability to manage Journal Entries
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with NetSuite software
Experience with Oracle software
Knowledge of SAP software
