Job Description:

The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records and transactions. This includes account reconciliation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes. Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting is required.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the process of account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
Execute balance sheet reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data
Handle bank reconciliations to monitor and control cash flow effectively
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
Create and track journal entries for financial transactions
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis
Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting functions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliation and financial analysis
Proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes
Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entry preparation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
Solid understanding of the month-end closing process and financial reporting requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
