Job Description

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's applications for our customers. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their business processes, design and configure Workday solutions, and guide them through deployment to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your role combines functional expertise, consulting skills, and a customer-first attitude to help organizations realize the full value of Workday.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday's HCM suite
  • Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations
  • Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs
  • Apply Workday's validated implementation methodology on every engagement
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators that improve project delivery
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication, proactive mentorship, and a solutions-oriented approach

Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional experience in HCM software solutions or systems
  • 5+ years Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
  • Strong communication skills on system functionality with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in Annual Compensation Review and Annual Remuneration Cycle
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
