Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop new product processes and improve the design of tooling and fixtures
  • Responsible for the process stability of new product projects. And responsible for improving the output and quality control of mass-produced products
  • Develop equipment programs and set process parameters
  • Develop work instructions for wave soldering, selection soldering, coating and other equipment
  • Guide and train relevant technical personnel and production line operators to work according to process requirements
  • Repair and maintain workshop machinery and equipment, such as WS, SWS, COATING, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the production line
  • Repair and maintain workshop machinery and equipment, such as screw machines, hot melt machines, laser welding, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the production line
  • Capable of repairing commonly used production tools, fixtures, and other peripheral equipment in the workshop
  • Responding to customer audits

Requirements:

  • Familiar with relevant standards in the automotive electronics industry, familiar with inspection requirements such as IPC in the electronics industry
  • Familiar with WS&SWS, COATING production processes (welding, maintenance)
  • At least five years of experience in machine and equipment maintenance technology, familiar with wave soldering Ersa, Speedline, SWS Ersa, Coating Norsen, PVA and other equipment process operation requirements, and be able to maintain and upkeep normally
  • Proficient in electronic components and welding techniques, able to handle routine equipment and welding quality issues, able to effectively coordinate and handle various problems encountered in the production process, ensuring smooth production
  • Familiar with basic knowledge of welding materials and welding theory, proficient in making Profile boards and familiar with Profile measurement operations, and able to proficiently apply Profile knowledge to Wave solder
  • Serious and responsible in work, with strong team spirit, communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational and expression skills, and the courage to take responsibility
  • College or bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English and proficiency in English communication
  • Priority will be given to those familiar with SMT/WS/SWS/FA processes and equipment, and those with automotive electronics work abilities will be given priority.
