Job Description:

Executes operation of a warehouse functions in support of business operations, including safety and environmental compliance, shipping, receiving, and material storage. Conducts warehouse operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization.

  • Works closely with the warehouse leaders to facilitate inventory monitoring and control
  • Comprehends the workflow process and the functionality of SAP in warehousing
  • Performs cycle counts as directed by the Warehouse Manager and participate in item recounts and investigations into discrepancies as needed
  • Receives shipments of materials, supplies, parts, equipment, and all other merchandise into the warehouse
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy by spotting discrepancies, addressing receiving problems, and handling damaged materials with corrective actions
  • Maintains security by ensuring all warehouses and yards are secured and locked when not in use
  • Leads daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized storage environment
  • Assists with training on warehouse system and processes
