Job Responsibility
Deliver high-quality video content aligned with Vodafone brand guidelines, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and overall creative excellence
Deliver and edit across a range of formats including but not limited to the different platforms (social, digital, internal), demonstrating strong storytelling, adapting outputs to platform best practices and pacing and audience understanding
Utilise and source high-quality video and sound from stock libraries to enhance various projects
Participate in the creative process from concept to completion, providing insights and recommendations
Proactively suggest creative improvements, editing techniques and new formats to elevate the overall output
Willingness to explore and learn new AI tools and other emerging technologies to bring innovation into the video editing process
Apply AI tools (e.g. automated editing, upscaling, captioning, content variation) to improve speed, quality and scalability of video production
Collaborate with the creative team, contributing to the production process and enhancing content with your editing skills
Manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively, delivering work within set deadlines
Stay informed about the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and innovation
Share learnings with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of extensive video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing your skills
Fluency in current Video editing practices, digital post- production i.e. Adobe CC, primarily Premier pro and After Effects. to deliver polished edits, including sound design, colour correction and basic motion graphics
An interest in learning about and experimenting with AI and other emerging technologies in video production
Experience in sourcing and utilising stock video and sound libraries to create impactful content
Clear organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
A proactive approach to learning and personal development in the field of video editing and production
Conceptual and strategic thinking ability
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Management and archive of all of assets
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
