Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines strategic thinking with creative precision. The ideal candidate can transform complex challenges into elegant, human-centered experiences that drive impact. You will play a key role in shaping our product vision, strengthening design excellence across our ecosystem, and elevating the end-to-end user journey through innovation, systems thinking, and empathy. This position is ideal for a designer who can manage the complete design lifecycle, from user research and conceptualization to high-fidelity design, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product strategy and validate design decisions
  • Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, design solutions, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual and experiential consistency across the product suite
  • Use data-driven insights and behavioral understanding to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversion metrics
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning
  • Present and defend design decisions to executives and cross-functional partners with clarity and confidence

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product design, from user research to final implementation
  • Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality user interface execution and a well-documented UX design process, including real-world case studies
