Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract. The designer will closely support the Sales & Pre-Sales team, helping us elevate client pitches, proposals, and product concepts with high-quality design execution. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, understands business needs quickly, and can convert ideas into clean, compelling, and high-impact visuals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, proposal documents, and case studies
  • Support pre-sales conversations by creating quick UI sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and product flows
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into product mockups that effectively showcase solution direction
  • Create high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile apps, focused on clarity, storytelling, and impact
  • Develop clickable prototypes for demos and walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Design leads to refine design concepts and narratives
  • Design marketing collateral, diagrams, infographics, and process flows for proposals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all presentations and documents
  • Prepare handover files, assets, and structured documentation when required

Requirements:

  • 4–8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile work
  • Excellent skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation design (PPT/Keynote), and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of design systems, UX flows, and user-centric design principles
  • Ability to convert abstract ideas into clean, structured, and visually appealing outputs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Ability to handle quick turnarounds and deliver under tight timelines

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting pre-sales or working closely with sales teams
  • Experience in crafting product concepts for pitch decks
  • Motion graphics / micro-animations using After Effects or similar tools
  • Understanding of IT services, mobile app development, or SaaS products
