Sr. UI Designer/Developer, Design Systems

PDF Solutions is redefining the way the semiconductor industry approaches data, analytics, and experience design. As part of our journey, we're building Next gen platform — a modern, human-centered analytics platform. We believe design systems aren't just about consistency — they're about scalability, collaboration, and performance. We are looking for a senior designer/developer to join our multidisciplinary design team with strong design and technical fluency, who can own and evolve our design system across Figma and React. You'll define patterns, components, and documentation so design and engineering ship consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the design system is not only visually consistent but also optimized for performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability. You will establish strong relationships with engineering, design, and product to understand their challenges, deliver solutions that help, and position the team as essential partners in shipping great products.
