Robert Half is recruiting for the Treasury Consultant that will be a key strategic partner within the Finance department, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s treasury and liquidity strategy to support both immediate operational objectives and long-term business goals. This Treasury Consultant will act as a leader and drive initiatives that optimize capital structure, manage risk, and steward the company’s financial resources to enable continued growth and transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead relationship management with financial institutions to ensure competitive solutions and implement treasury technology enhancements for process automation and stronger decision support
  • Lead the implementation of a new TMS system and convert over 50 + bank accounts to new banking system
  • Proactively assess, monitor, and mitigate financial and market risks (e.g., interest rate, FX, liquidity), ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in corporate treasury management and operations
  • Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
  • Proficiency in managing financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposures
  • Knowledge of treasury technology systems and process automation
  • Proven ability to lead complex banking transitions and account integrations
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with financial institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams
