Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and Support U.S. After-hours and Overnight Trading Activities: Oversee client trading activity during U.S. after-hours and overnight sessions, ensuring efficient trade execution and accuracy
  • Client Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for resolving client inquiries related to order flow, trade execution, and system performance
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential trade issues and operational risks with urgency
  • escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, technology, product, and compliance teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
  • Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth understanding of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights to clients
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain thorough and accurate updates, ensuring seamless handoff to the following day’s trading staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of trading, electronic trading, or trade support experience preferred
  • FINRA SIE and Series 7
  • willingness to obtain Series 57 and Series 24
  • Understanding of equity electronic trading, trading workflows, market microstructure, regulatory landscape, and order management systems
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively recognize potential issues/risks and drive timely, appropriate escalation to mitigate impact
  • Strong communicator who can convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Client-focused mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency
  • AI fluency and solid data analysis skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data a plus
