Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner and Gatling

Design, plan, and execute end to end performance test strategies (load, stress, endurance, scalability) for complex enterprise and cloud based applications
Develop, parameterize, and maintain robust scripts, scenarios, and workloads aligned with business usage patterns, including advanced correlation, parameterization, think time modeling, error handling, custom logic, and data driven frameworks
Collaborate with architects, developers, platform, infrastructure, and operations teams to define performance scope, SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, and success criteria, interpret performance results, diagnose root causes, and recommend tuning and optimization strategies
Prepare clear, data driven performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders, communicating complex technical findings in a concise and business relevant manner
Guide project teams on performance best practices throughout the SDLC and support shift left performance testing approaches, including early requirements clarification and performance risk identification
