Job Description:

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Candidates must have L3 support experience with MW/Java background.

Job Responsibility:

conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development
establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs
monitor and control phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
provide user and operational support
analyze complex problems/issues and make evaluative judgments
recommend and develop security measures
consult with users/clients and technology groups
recommend programming solutions
define operating standards and processes
serve as advisor or coach to analysts
operate with limited supervision
appropriately assess risk and drive compliance

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience
experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
experience in managing and implementing successful projects
working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
L3 support experience
MW/Java background
