Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join Dialpad. You’ll help scale our technical teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into supporting additional non-EPD organizations within the company. You’ll own the full lifecycle of recruiting—sourcing, vetting, and hiring top talent—while building strong partnerships with hiring managers. By driving a consistent and data-driven process, you’ll help ensure we hire the best people to fuel our growth. This hybrid position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and has the opportunity to be based in our Vancouver, Canada office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring seamless and positive candidate experience across Argentina, Canada, and US
  • Become a strong talent advisor by developing deep relationships
  • Innovate ways to build talent pipeline and identify creative sourcing techniques
  • Champion exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Source, screen, and assess talent leading to offers, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner closely with management and global Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Accelerate candidate engagement and improve candidate experience
  • Identify innovative and creative sourcing techniques

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in areas of Engineering, Product, and Design for a high-growth technology company
  • Experience recruiting for NAM (US & CAN) + EMEA/LATAM (nice to have)
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a track record of building strong, productive relationships
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
