  • Stay Ahead of Recruiting Trends: Keep a pulse on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices to attract world-class engineering talent in a competitive market

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing top 1% engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on hiring goals
  • Strong Communication Skills: Adept at articulating role requirements and company vision to candidates, and translating complex feedback into clear action items
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and refine recruiting strategies
