We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. As a key contributor, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts to source, attract, and secure top technical talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a Contract position that requires onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive impactful hiring strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Assess and refine existing recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and enhance candidate quality
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations leaders to identify and attract top talent for technical roles in engineering, QA, and manufacturing
Develop and maintain strong local talent pipelines to meet staffing needs for critical positions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Implement best practices, tools, and metrics to optimize recruitment processes and achieve hiring goals
Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress
Partner with cross-functional teams to address staffing challenges and support long-term workforce planning
Leverage industry knowledge, particularly in the semiconductor sector, to identify and connect with candidates who have relevant experience
Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics to leadership teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles
Proven expertise in corporate recruiting, including engineering and manufacturing positions
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have:
