Microsoft’s CELA Compliance & Ethics team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive mission-critical programs at the intersection of compliance, data engineering, and AI. You will own end-to-end delivery of technical programs that power Microsoft’s compliance investigations, fraud detection, risk analytics, and AI-assisted legal operations — working across data scientists, engineers, attorneys, and investigators to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and impactful technology solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code

  • Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, CCPA, DMA, DSP) and investigation management platforms
