The TPM will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams, with a focus on resource allocation and collaborative execution. They will drive problem-solving efforts, partner with engineering leads to develop solutions, coordinate delivery across teams, and manage execution using key performance indicators (KPIs). The TPM will also standardize processes, ensure efficient delivery, and uphold accountability by tracking progress, resolving dependencies, identifying issues, assessing risks, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, they will coach teams to stay energized and achieve ambitious goals.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Program Leadership: Own and drive complex technology programs from ideation through successful launch. Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs)
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, design, and operations teams to align goals and roadmaps, remove blockers, and provide full visibility into project timelines and status
Stakeholder Management: Ensure all stakeholders understand project milestones, dependencies, risks, and statuses. Offer clear communication strategies, pushing for alignment and timely delivery
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and track risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalate potential issues to leadership when appropriate
Process Optimization: Develop and refine best practices, frameworks, and operational processes that optimize how teams collaborate and ship products. Champion continuous improvement and scaling strategies across multiple organizations
Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical background to guide teams in designing reliable, scalable, and secure solutions. Ask the right questions and challenge technical decisions as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or related roles, leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced software, SaaS, or mobile development environments
