Do you want to work with world-class, state-of-the-art technologies on a fun, diverse, rapidly growing team? Then you want to join the Device Analytics Services Team! The Device Analytics Services team is hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager to help us drive programs that help our businesses better understand the user experience across our devices. This is a high visibility role that will require working with many business, legal, privacy, and engineering teams. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be one of the key leaders on the team and have an impact by defining strategy and requirements, developing processes and schedules, and driving progress on major initiatives. This will require regular communication with program stakeholders and executives. We seek a great team player who can motivate team members, inspire action, and collaborate with management to develop creative solutions to hard technical problems. You will help set up mechanisms to successfully deliver this program.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in technical program management
  • Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the AWS product suite
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies
