  • Define data governance architectures and data models that enable consistent policy enforcement, monitoring, and auditability across the Enterprise Data Lake
  • Develop scalable data models, metadata structures, and control frameworks to support governance and compliance reporting
  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics for governance and compliance tools
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to oversee development and ensure alignment with enterprise and cloud architecture standards
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Databricks and Tableau to provide compliance insights and audit evidence
  • Manage governance capabilities including metadata management, data catalogs, and data lineage, ensuring they support traceability and impact analysis
  • Support internal and external audits by providing automated evidence, data extracts, dashboards, and documentation
  • Act as the single point of contact for governance and compliance tools within Data and Analytics, gathering stakeholder inputs and feedback
  • Promote adoption and effective use of governance solutions across the enterprise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Programming/scripting experience in Python
  • Strong understanding of logical and physical data models, big data storage architectures, and data modeling methodologies
  • Knowledge of data governance concepts, including metadata management, data catalogs, data lineage, master data management, and data profiling
  • Experience working with databases and SQL
  • Hands‑on experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms, including data lake architectures
  • Technical understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure
  • Awareness of current technology trends, with the ability to introduce innovative, automated governance solutions

Nice to have:

  • Product‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex data environments
  • Ability to translate regulatory and audit requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across engineering, architecture, security, and GRC teams
