You will be the go-to person for advising hiring teams and owning the internal recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding employee and hiring manager experience. You will get to foster relationships and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to hire and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a talent advisor for internal employees at Uber
Ensure that internal employees are acknowledged, evaluated, and dispositioned in a timely manner
Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process
Manage the entire hiring process from application review to offer acceptance
Develop recruiting strategy to fill open positions and help build an ongoing bench of qualified candidates
Build relationships and get to know Uber’s talent by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company
Effectively interpret own and teams metrics to build process improvements
Deeply understand the candidate and advise the business on motivations and potential implications to hire
Continuously review the assessment process and proactively realign with stakeholders when faced with bottlenecks
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience
Experience partnering and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
Nice to have:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or equivalent
Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Track record of success in a fast-paced environment
Ability to proactively identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements
Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
Track record of partnering with and influencing a wide variety of clients, including senior-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
