FreeWheel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Technical Account Manager to join our FreeWheel Supply team. This role focuses on working with premium publisher partners to manage and optimize relationships within FreeWheel’s supply products, ensuring seamless utilization of our systems and efficient execution of programmatic and IO-based deals.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted expert in clients' business objectives for FreeWheel’s supply products
Own the execution of strategies pitched and closed by the Supply Strategic Relationship Owner
Proactively and reactively troubleshoot issues with deal delivery and performance
Focus on tactical strategies to improve setup and performance of existing integrations and deals
Monitor existing integrations and product usage to ensure smooth execution
Function as a bridge/subject matter expert for internal teams and external publishers
Centralize performance feedback, document replicable solutions, and support cross-functional teams with best practices
Provide weekly insights into supply performance to premium publisher partners
Maintain the continued trust and confidence in FreeWheel’s supply products by delivering white-glove service
Contribute to strategic account team meetings
Collaborate with Product, Product Commercialization, and Supply Operations
Drive weekly account calls and lead office hours
Ensure compliance with internal workflows and operational benchmarks while mentoring junior team members
Act as a backup for the Strategic Relationship Owner
Co-owns commercial relationships with a book of accounts
Develops and executes account plans
Uses knowledge about FreeWheel product offerings and data-driven insights to come up with joint solutions
Leads compelling strategic business reviews
Develops trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Identifies new customer stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities
Manages cross-functional teams
Serves as a point of escalation for product or customer success issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of media activation across direct IO, programmatic, audience and linear DAI environments
Excellent communication skills
Direct technical troubleshooting experience
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions
