Salary:

65000.00 - 75000.00 USD / Year

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven Field Recruiter to join our newly established, dedicated Field Sales Recruiting Team. This role is not desk-bound; you will be a strategic, market-embedded partner responsible for revamping how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across our two brands. You will leverage proactive sourcing, data analysis, and field immersion to build sustainable talent pipelines and meet significant high-volume hiring demands (up to 150+ annual hires).

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute a proactive sourcing strategy focused on engaging passive candidates and building continuous pipelines, reducing reliance on reactive job board applications
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load, delivering between 100-150 net new Field Sales Representatives annually (across both growth and replacement needs) in assigned territories
  • Utilize AI and cutting-edge recruiting technology to increase sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall process automation
  • Act as a true talent ambassador by spending significant time in the field (up to 30% travel/time in market) to understand local dynamics and competitive landscapes
  • Attend sales meetings and ride-alongs with top-performing reps to deeply understand the sales role, market conditions, and company culture—making you a credible consultant to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assist in forecasting hiring demand and aligning recruiting efforts with business growth projections
  • Partner directly with the internal Marketing Team to execute employer branding campaigns that position us as an employer of choice in your specific markets
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute highly effective localized hiring events and networking opportunities
  • Conduct continuous market research to monitor competitor recruiting tactics, compensation, and benefits, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership to ensure we remain competitive
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to source of hire, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and quality of hire
  • Use data to formulate and share data-driven hypotheses about funnel bottlenecks, candidate performance, and market challenges, rather than relying on feelings or anecdotal evidence
  • Rigorously inspect hypotheses by engaging in direct conversations with hiring managers, candidates, and those who reject our offers to extract insights that inform future strategy
  • Analyze candidate rejection data to continuously refine selection criteria, sourcing channels, and interviewer training

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably focused on field sales, outside sales, or similar quota-carrying roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and executing proactive sourcing methodologies (e.g., cold outreach, social recruiting, networking)
  • High proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), data analysis tools, and experience leveraging new AI/recruiting technology
  • Excellent ability to analyze data, articulate findings, and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable with regular travel within assigned territories to conduct field immersion, attend meetings, and host localized hiring events
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, particularly with sales leadership and external marketing partners
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
What we offer:
  • Bonus target range: 5% - 10%
  • Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability
  • A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth
  • Time off with pay
  • 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching
