As a Sr Talent Acquisition Executive, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and hiring top IT talent to support the organization’s growth and success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an IT services or technology company
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Keka
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with campus recruitment and technical hiring drives
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
