As a Sr Talent Acquisition Executive, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and hiring top IT talent to support the organization’s growth and success.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an IT services or technology company
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Keka
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with campus recruitment and technical hiring drives
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
