You will be expected to actively configure systems, validate integrations, manage access controls, support implementations, and ensure ongoing system health. This role supports and administers Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct, with responsibility for cross-system alignment, data accuracy, and operational scalability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for how work is executed across operations and finance systems
  • Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and consistency across all integrated platforms

  • Support implementations, rollouts, and enhancements from design through post-go-live stabilization
  • Own day-to-day system behavior for Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct
  • Configure workflows, forms, custom fields, approval processes, and financial mappings
  • Administer users, roles, permissions, and security models across all platforms
  • Partner with IT and integration teams to manage APIs, middleware, and data flows
  • Lead data readiness and data migration efforts, including validation, reconciliation, and exception handling
  • Monitor integrations between operational and financial systems and proactively identify issues
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems
  • Define data standards and enforce best practices for data quality and reporting
  • Support ERP and application implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Participate in implementation planning, cutover preparation, and post-go-live support
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, configuration decisions, and integration logic
  • Co-author functional and technical documentation that supports long-term scalability
  • Design and maintain operational and financial reports within Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct
  • Partner with finance and operations leaders to ensure reporting supports decision-making
  • Validate report accuracy and ensure alignment with source system data
  • Conduct system walkthroughs, training sessions, and working workshops
  • Act as escalation point for complex system and process issues
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and ongoing system validation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operations and finance leaders on system capabilities and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience producing business requirements, functional designs, and technical documentation
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Procore OR BuildOps
  • Strong understanding of financial system integrations and operational data flows
  • Proven ability to analyze data issues and translate findings into corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
What we offer:
  • medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance
  • eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan
