Job Description

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer in order to support its government customer in Fort Meade, MD. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical and process recommendations
  • Conduct technical analysis of alternatives
  • Provide configuration management
  • Assist in planning, developing, deploying, securing, and operating the Information Technology Infrastructure across the customer enterprise
  • Assist in developing transition plans and processes related to services that include data links, networks, government communication systems, interfaces, and processing systems
  • Assist with the standardization of services
  • Assist the Government Team in ensuring the required activities associated with collaboration services are completed
  • Assist in the relocation of Agency collaboration tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline plus at least 15 years of systems engineering experience
  • Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
