The Sr. Beverage Planning Analyst is a functional lead within the Beverage Supply Chain team responsible for driving alignment and improvement opportunities through functional planning across a region within our beverage business. They are responsible for driving process improvement, support to the RM replenishment and FG scheduling process, and providing overview of key business processes for leadership. They work hand in hand with our sales team, S&OP team, customers, manufacturing partners, and project management and engineering teams. They hold responsibilities with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to drive action and alignment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversees the process of balancing supply and demand over a multi-week horizon for the assigned region
Execute production run strategies that fulfill Niagara’s goals of maximizing asset utilization and driving value to our customers
Collaborates with sales, customers, and mfg. to create production strategies
Provide oversight to publishing of the master plans
Provide analysis around inventory budgeting and changeover cadence
Maintain a high standard of internal customer service
Manages non-optimal sourcing strategies
Ensures high warehouse utilization
3PL management by strategizing cost optimal product mix
Oversees the process of balancing supply and demand of raw materials
Works to develop raw material supply solutions
Works cross-functionally to monitor and maintain inventory budgets
Monitor shifts in demand across the network and proactively adjust network raw material supply plans
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years – Experience in Purchasing, MRP, Procurement, Planning or similar function
4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
0 Years – Experience in Position
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance or Manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organization
Data-driven approach to problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Knowing when face to face vs. phone vs. email vs. text communication is appropriate
Ability to tailor message to audience
