This role will have primary responsibility for Supply Chain activities within the assigned Platforms and Product Lines to achieve business objectives, customer service goals and optimize inventory. The role will be responsible for forecasting, inputs to SIOP and IBP for the given product portfolios in alignment with market and financial requirements with the highest goal of increasing forecast accuracy. Successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of forecasting strategic, demonstrate initiative and strong communication skills.

Global Allocation Expert - Develop worldwide inventory strategies, including production prioritization and regulatory build approaches
Safety Stock Guardian - Provide expert input on safety stock targets, including calculations, proposals, and ongoing maintenance
Inventory Risk Assessor - Partner with inventory managers to analyze global demand impacts, including depletion estimates and E&O risk
Reporting Ace - Own SIOP and forecast accuracy reporting, including Integrated Business Planning presentations
Strategic Advisor - Provide crucial insights to Business Unit leadership and support annual Business Planning
Portfolio Optimizer - Contribute to SKU rationalization, RECODE, and lifecycle management initiatives
Executive Communicator - Create compelling executive-level presentations that drive decision-making
Compliance Champion - Maintain personal and company adherence to all Federal, State, local and company regulations for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, other relevant field and 5 years relevant experience OR MBA/MS in relevant discipline and 3 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience working in ERP systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, ECC etc.)
Must have strong experience and knowledge of demand/supply/production planning, forecasting techniques, inventory management, capacity leveling and logistics.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts impacting the business strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross-functional organizations (Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.
Demonstrated customer-centric focus and experience dealing with global markets a plus.
Detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
Knowledge and awareness of Lean techniques and Six Sigma, experience
