Sr Staff Software Engineer, Consumer Pricing and Incentives

We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer for our Consumer Pricing and Incentives team within Uber Delivery. This team is a cornerstone of Uber's Delivery business, directly influencing consumer behavior, shaping demand, and optimizing revenue for Uber’s online food delivery and grocery businesses. You’d be responsible for defining the technical roadmap for systems that execute hundreds of millions of pricing decisions daily—directly balancing our marketplace economics at a global scale. You’ll need to be comfortable with extreme complexity, and ready to own high-stakes trade-offs that impact our bottom line.
