As a Sr. Specialist Strategic Accounts & Partnerships - MENA you will work within the regional business team at talabat. This team manages talabat’s enterprise business strategy & manages relationships with the largest regional partners across 8 markets. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on generalist to support talabat’s regional strategic accounts team with data-driven insights, engaging presentations, and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, simplifying data into clear narratives and can seamlessly manage multiple moving parts across functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze large, varied datasets (business, marketing, operational) to extract trends, flag early signals, and generate actionable insights
  • Own the development and delivery of quarterly and annual partner reviews, using deep analytics and clear, recommendation-led visual storytelling
  • Proactively surface growth opportunities and risks
  • collaborate with legal and finance to address contract blockers and drive solutions
  • Own tracking of partner investments and volumes in line with commercial agreements, ensuring performance is transparent and on target
  • Work closely with account managers and marketing teams to drive campaign planning across markets, to deliver measurable impact for vendor partners, especially for high-priority or exclusive vendors
  • Assist in resolution of POS and operational issues across functions in a timely, structured way to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Improve Vendor NPS by addressing gaps beyond day-to-day KAM interactions and establishing frictionless communication, fast resolutions, and high trust with partners
  • Build strong relationships with KAMs and partner stakeholders
  • travel regularly to drive market-specific planning and execution
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across functions (sales, marketing, finance, ops, legal etc) and all talabat markets, while keeping timelines, stakeholders, and partner outcomes on track

Requirements:

  • A graduate in Economics, Business, or Statistics from a reputed institution
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in performance or program management at an internet-first/consumer-tech company is a must
  • Extremely high proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and executive storytelling
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect contracts, marketing, performance, and partner experience into one operating model
  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for simplifying data into clear insights
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • ability to influence internal as well as external stakeholders
  • A structured thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (including the confidence to push back when needed)
  • Exposure to user engagement funnels and metrics such as iROAS, CM, unit economics, DAU/MAU etc
