Job Description

This role supports effective management of a real estate portfolio by overseeing lease operations and compliance activities. It involves managing landlord relationships, interpreting complex lease agreements, and resolving escalated disputes. The role serves as a subject matter expert for lease compliance across commercial and retail properties. Success is measured by maintaining accurate lease data, ensuring compliance, and facilitating favorable lease negotiations. The work impacts organizational real estate strategy and supports operational efficiency for enterprise properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain portfolio strategies and plans of record to guide enterprise property management
  • Manage lease operations including landlord relationships, lease interpretation, and dispute resolution to ensure compliance
  • Analyze market leasing trends and financial data to support lease renewals and negotiation of favorable terms
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project updates and support real estate initiatives
  • Maintain lease documentation quality assurance and process completeness for new locations and renewals
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4-7 years specific wireless/telecommunications experience related to property management, real estate or lease operations managing a large portfolio of locations
  • 4-7 years comprehensive understanding of lease contracts and ability to interpret complex lease language and enforce lease rights working, with Legal and auditors and facilities on property management and lease administration issues
