This role is responsible for the end-to-end acquisition and business development of new partners for talabat's cloud kitchens in Kuwait. Key responsibilities include generating leads, and negotiating and closing deals to meet monthly targets. You would be coordinating partner equipment logistics with the operations team, and ensuring a positive vendor experience through strong collaboration with local functions.
Job Responsibility:
Sign and acquire top tier restaurants and onboard them into our cloud kitchens
Proactively identify and generate new leads, be involved with cold calling and meetings to build new business partnerships
Develop and present strategic expansion plans to potential partners
Consult partners to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the cloud kitchen model can facilitate their growth
Coordinate the seamless logistics of partner equipment with the Operations team
Work collaboratively with the Operations, Real Estate, and Construction teams
Guarantee a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for all newly acquired partners
Maintain and update critical data within CRMs
Decision making through data analytics
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in partner acquisition within a similar industry (e.g., Cloud Kitchens, Food & Beverage)
A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, demonstrated by the ability to successfully lead key meetings and close deals
Highly data-driven with a working knowledge of CRM and BI tools
familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker is a significant advantage
A strong, verifiable track record of sales achievement and meeting targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to foster effective teamwork, communication, and commitment across multiple, often competing, internal groups
