Sr Specialist IT – Celonis Developer

• Lead Development & Deployment: Design and implement Celonis process mining solutions for complex processes (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Source to Pay, Accounts Payable)
• Process Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements
• Value Realization: Collaborate with Value Consultants to define KPIs and map measurable business outcomes
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Perform advanced data extraction and transformation using SQL and Process Query Language (PQL)
• Visualization & Insights: Build interactive dashboards and analyses in Celonis Studio to enable actionable insights
• Data Integrity & Testing: Validate KPIs and ensure accuracy through rigorous testing
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and system integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Celonis process mining technology
• Proven track record in process improvement
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash, A2R, Source to Pay, and Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PQL for data modeling and transformation
• Experience designing KPIs and dashboards in Celonis Studio
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and adaptability to emerging technologies
