As a Sr. Specialist eCom Content & Promo Ops at adidas, you will support the digital execution of brand & commercial campaigns/promotions & content publishing across Emerging markets. You will assist in successful execution of digital campaigns and content. You will collaborate with digital activation stakeholders to execute seasonal digital campaigns and content across all local digital consumer touch points.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure on-time in-full execution of digital campaigns in terms of content publishing & promotions on all digital channels i.e. web & app
Execute the content briefs, web/app configurations for local brand & commercial campaigns & experiences, via content management system and commerce platform
Create & manage cart promotions & vouchers to support commercial campaigns & B2B partnership
Execute hype draws and waiting room mechanics on flagship app and Confirmed app to support customer signups and increase in demand and sell-through rate
Ensure quality of delivery for local activations to ensure that deliverables meet the brief and agreed scope
Work closely with master data team to verify campaign product listing pages and tag PDP callouts on right articles
Support CRM Operations for certain countries to manage email communications to customers
Contribute to the implementation of success KPIs to ensure that digital activations are optimized based on results and insights
Support quick resolution of campaign/promotion/content publishing issues on time
Provide continuous transparency on status of activations to key stakeholders
Seek opportunities for content automation & overall process optimization
Support global product teams with feedback on CMS feature rollouts and provide inputs of new enhancements and automations
Ensure smooth customer journey on all our digital channels for all campaign launches
Requirements:
Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery organizations
Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
High resilience and solution oriented attitude
Understanding of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies like Content Management System, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar platforms
