The Senior Specialist, Broadband at T-Mobile is instrumental in expanding our customer base by actively engaging with potential customers through individual door-to-door interactions while also supporting the team reporting to the Senior Manager through side-by-side selling and sales skill development with internal and external broadband specialists to drive overall team performance. This role involves presenting T-Mobile's latest offers, answering queries, and facilitating the transition of customers to our services, thereby driving the success of the Direct-to-Consumer sales program. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Direct to Consumer Sales, this position is crucial for achieving sales targets within the Direct-to-Consumer segment. This role embodies the brand's energy and integrity, enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the growth of new markets. Through their efforts, they play a vital role in maintaining T-Mobile's reputation for bold and innovative service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engages and achieves sales targets with potential customers through individual door-to-door and other community interactions to present T-Mobile's latest offers and services including post-sales follow-up with customers as needed to support an exceptional customer experience
  • Engages and achieves sales targets through team-focused activities at the discretion of the Direct-to-Consumer Senior Manager including the following: Performing side-by-side selling and coaching with internal and external broadband specialists, holding weekly sales meetings with internal direct sales associates that need development, assisting with administrative sales leadership functions such as KPI reporting, partnering with local leadership from other departments to drive overall market penetration, and performing other sales driving tasks as directed by their manager

Requirements:

  • Engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics (Preferred)
