Job Description

The role will play a crucial role in the success of China IAM long range plan. S/he will be responsible for identifying business priorities, leading team to plan and operate efficiently, coordinating with key business stakeholders including pricing, product, rtm, trade mkt, supply chain, finance and legal, and providing solutions to channel sales team and new business development team. S/he will also need to develop and implement strategies to grow distributor network and channel partners to ensure the sustainable grow with expected ROI for IAM. Job Responsibility

  • Developing IAM channel growth strategies and distributor network plan, providing in-depth understandings of competition, brand positioning and value proposition, identifying core strengths and growth opportunities, offering insights for key stakeholders in making business decisions
  • Capable of developing, managing, and retaining customers, consolidating resources, and providing direct support for regional sales teams to increase market share and penetrations against competition. Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with customers, optimizing the overall business return with a matrix of new and existing
  • Collaborating with sales team and key functions, including pricing, product, rtm, trade mkt to develop business plans, marketing programs, promotion schemes, and commercial policies, which are jointly responsible for LE fulfillment and goal achievement
  • Demonstrating performance culture by implementing distributor management program, training and learning program with sales and distributors, channel development management and sales performance tracking
  • Leading sales operations and planning to ensure high efficiency of sales data analytics and reporting , sales activities while mitigating risks in business process internally or with customers
  • Supporting leadership team in executing and landing China OGSM and 2030 target, including business operation, sales analysis, customer relationship management, commercial communication facilitation, and other business-related assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Higher education preferred
  • At least 10 years of work experience with good track record in commercial area. Lubricant or auto related background preferred
  • Strong data analysis ability and high data sensitivity, good logical thinking
  • Expertise in design and implementation of business channel strategy
  • Hands on experience in business operation and planning
  • Proven sales, marketing or commercial related experience
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • ability to express concepts clearly and concisely
  • Expert understanding of customer needs, ability to innovate new solutions to serve customers
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative, able to manage conflict
