Job Description:

Strategic Solutions Consultant role at PagerDuty, serving as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and prospects, partnering with sales, customer success, and product teams to design and deliver solutions that drive business value and accelerate adoption of PagerDuty's platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with strategic customers to understand business challenges and map PagerDuty solutions to desired business outcomes
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and technical deep-dives
  • Develop and present tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and value propositions
  • Advise customers on best practices for incident response, digital operations, and service reliability
  • Partner with sales and customer success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical account management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or IT operations
  • Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles, with a solid grasp of sales processes and customer buying journeys
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex organizations
  • Problem-solver with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed
  • Ability to travel as needed

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PagerDuty or similar incident management platforms
  • Familiarity with automation, observability, or ITSM tools
